By accessing or using PropTradeBot ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PropTradeBot is a macOS-only desktop application that runs locally on your Mac computer. It connects to your prop firm trading accounts via API and executes trades based on signals from sources you choose and configure yourself (for example, your own TradingView alert). You bring the strategy; we do not publish or provide trading signals. The Service includes:
Important: Your Mac must remain awake and connected to the internet during trading hours. PropTradeBot does not run on Windows, Linux, or mobile devices. Missed trades due to sleep mode, power loss, or internet disconnection are your responsibility.

All trading signals are provided by third parties you independently choose to follow. You are solely responsible for evaluating the quality and suitability of any signal source.
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of PropTradeBot complies with your prop firm's Terms of Service and trading rules. This includes but is not limited to:
You must follow each broker's and prop firm's current rules on automation, copy trading, news, hedging and account limits yourself, monitor your accounts, verify orders and positions, and stop the automation when appropriate. Do not use the Service where a firm's rules prohibit it.
PropTradeBot is designed to operate within standard prop firm guidelines, but we do not guarantee compliance with any specific firm's rules. Account suspension or termination by your prop firm is your sole responsibility.
PropTradeBot is a macOS-only local application. Your computer must remain awake and connected to the internet during trading hours to receive signals and execute trades. We do not:
You are responsible for ensuring your Mac remains powered on and does not enter sleep mode during trading hours. Missed trades due to sleep, power loss, or internet disconnection are not our responsibility.
Joining the waitlist is free and requires no payment method. New customers are invited from the waitlist. Your 7-day free trial starts when you activate your invite, not when you join the waitlist. A payment method is required to activate the trial; you will not be charged during it.
After the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the then-current rate. Billing occurs monthly through our payment processor (currently Whop). You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days.
If you ask within 7 days of your first paid charge, we will refund that first month in full. Otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable except where the law requires. If you experience a billing error, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate.
The first 20 customers who accept an invitation pay $99/month for the first 12 months of continuous paid service. After that, the then-current public price applies, and we will tell you before it changes. The offer is limited to 20 accepted invitations, is non-transferable, and may be withdrawn before you accept it. A place on the waitlist does not reserve a founding seat. It includes the PropTradeBot Pro plan as documented when you activate; third-party broker and prop firm fees remain yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropTradeBot and its operators shall not be liable for any:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PropTradeBot, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses and prop firm violations.
You must give accurate account information, protect your credentials and devices, and tell us promptly about any suspected unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms, security reasons, abuse, non-payment, or legal requirements. Suspension does not cancel amounts already due. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Features, integrations, plans and supported firms or brokers may change, pause or end, with notice where practicable. We do not promise uninterrupted service or compatibility with any particular firm, broker, device or market data provider.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
